Bio Extraction

Selected farms are contracted to a Technology and Marketing Hub, created as a centre of excellence, providing technology and training so farmers can grow elite aromatic plants, distil plant extracts and essential oils, for the global medicinal and aromatherapy and perfumery markets.

The Hub:

Contracts each farm to the Technology and Marketing Hub,
Provides farms with locally fabricated bio-extract distillation equipment, designed to produce standardised oils, (see left)
Provides farms with elite aromatic seed and plantlets,
Transfers Know-how and training for growing, harvesting and distillation,
Purchases the farm’s processed and semi-processed extracted oil products guaranteeing a fair farm gate price.

Each HUB provides an essential liaison between the farmer and the market and help with the following:

Operation of essential quality control and product analysis of farm distilled extracts
Product enhancement and product modification to meet the individual buyer or market needs
Bottling and labelling
Packaging
Sales and distribution
